OFFICE LOCATION AND POLICIES
 
The office is conveniently located on a bus line in the heart of the St. Matthews medical complex near the intersection of the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and Breckenridge Lane. There is free, well lit, parking and the building is accessible to those in a wheelchair.

Professional Towers is a 7 story, red brick building on Dupont Circle, near Suburban Hospital.

I do not take calls during a session. However, the answering service pages all messages immediately, and I return calls at the first opportunity.
 
Routine calls for information or to make/change appointments are requested to be made between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
 
Emergency calls for those currently in treatment with me are returned as soon as possible. All visits are scheduled by advance appointment.
 
Payments, by check or cash, are made at the beginning of each session so the entire time can focus on your issues.
 
There is no charge for a cancellation with a minimum of two hours notice and more if possible. Otherwise the full session fee is due. I believe this to be most respectful of everyone's time in dealing with the unexpected.
